A year ago,Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche gave a talk on “Turning Pain into the Path” in Charlottesville, Va.The interview is filled with lessons and insights that are timeless and useful to those of us who have experienced pain (all of us) and have a tendency to keep things complicated.

Of the talk it is said: “When life gets difficult, one can easily become lost in agitation and confusion and feel helpless or hopeless. Yet, these uncomfortable experiences can also be used as a doorway to inner peace, to a sense of clarity and completeness.”
